Exhibiting At The Show

Single Vehicle

If you are bringing a single vehicle, there will be no need to register. Just arrive on the day (between 6:30am and 9:30am – and the earlier the better!) and we’ll park you up as you arrive. If you would like to be parked together with a small group of friends, you just need to arrive together and we’ll park you up together.

Club/Groups

If you’re part of a club or group (of more than 5 vehicles), we would like you to register in advance, so that we can arrange a suitable space for your group to be parked together.

There is a Group Entry Form that will need to be completed when we are ready to take submissions and returned prior to the event – cut-off date TBC. All vehicles attending need to be listed on the form and each vehicle’s owner will need to complete Group Attendance Sheet (which will be sent to the main who submits the attendance sheet) and must display it in their vehicles window. The Group Attendance Sheets will be sent to the main contact who submits the attendance sheet.
